ČS NHQ, s.r.o., a subsidiary of Česká spořitelna, one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic, is in preparation to build new headquarters in the area of Praha-Smíchov. The team in charge is looking for new enthusiastic colleague who would like to engage with it. You will be joining the team on the exciting unique project (Campus for Česká spořitelna) that can be a challenging opportunity for your career.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a unique and large development project in Real Estate and Construction and have the chance to gain valuable project management skills if you join the project from the beginning and be with it till the end.

What you can expect:

  • helping to run the project
  • be in charge of project related financial matters:

- project budgeting and financing (incl. financing set-up)
- financial reporting and controlling
- business case and financial calculations
- financial audit support
- cost allocation/optimization
- contractual financial topics
- financial evaluation of tenders related to the project
- dealing with tax, accounting and financial topics as needed by the project

  • ensuring effective communication among the parties on the project (bank, suppliers, team, etc.)
  • tasks tracking, information sharing
  • communication with suppliers and the bank (technical, legal, accounting, tax, etc.)
  • ensuring compliance and given rules

What we expect:

  • university education related to financial area
  • previous experience in the field of applied finance (audit, controlling, accounting…) min. 3 years (experience from big 4 company or similar is an advantage)
  • understanding of IFRS and tax topics
  • business case modelling, financial calculations
  • previous experience with work in bi-lingual (Czech-English) company environment
  • very good Czech and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • advanced computer literacy: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, certain experience with accounting systems
  • hands-on approach, willingness to also participate in non financial tasks of the project if needed
  • data organizing skills
  • energetic, communicative, responsible and disciplined person who is ready to take very important role in the project, who is target oriented, wants to find solutions and get things done
  • person who has common sense thinking, likes to multitask and who is willing to help the team, opened to various tasks needed and “learn as we go”
  • person who is ready to overcome troubles
